Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we've made our return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Here's everything you need to know about returning items, receiving refunds, and handling defective products.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your complete order. This period is known as the withdrawal period. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
To return an item, you can use a shipping service of your choice. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting a courier that provides proof of shipment or insurance for the item's value, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Please ensure your return is packaged securely to avoid any damage during shipping.
How to return your item:
1. Place the unused item(s) back in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.
2. Choose a courier service that offers tracking or proof of shipment.
3. Send the package to the return address provided in your order confirmation email.
Exchange
The order can be exchanged within 30 days after receiving the goods. Please contact us sale@jonnygear.com for the specific procedure.
Reimbursement
Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement, we will process your refund without delay. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive your request—however, please note that we must have either received the returned item or proof of its shipment before processing your refund.
We will refund the full amount you paid for the item(s) using the same payment method you used during checkout. There are absolutely no additional charges for processing a refund. After your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be completed. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or faulty items
We take great care in ensuring that all of our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we're here to help.
